Full warranty coverage from Horizon
New, factory sealed product - In order to deliver the highest quality of goods to you, Horizon works with new, factory sealed products. Typically, these products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. However, because the warranty periods are based on the original date of purchase from the manufacturer, the time periods can vary considerably.
Horizon warranty - To insulate you from these uncertainties, Horizon offers blanket warranty protection for our OEM customers on most products. If the products that you purchased from Horizon are defective, we will replace it for you.
In the case where the product is not in new, factory packaged condition, we offer comprehensive quality management systems and procedures to eliminate your risk. In addition to ISO 9001:2000 certified procedures, we add our own inspection and test criteria. For example, all LCD screens that are not new, factory packaged are thoroughly tested by an ISO certified LCD repair facility. All test results are available to our customers.
