RMA Instructions (Instrucciones de RMA)
1. Please download RMA Request Form and email completed form to rma.dept@horizontechnology.com
2. Do not ship defective product until you receive an RMA number from Horizon Technology.
3. RMA requests are responded to within 2 business days.

Return Policy
1. Horizon Technology will reject any RMA returned without a Horizon RMA Number written clearly on the box and the waybill.

2. Please do not return product accessories (e.g., power supplies, cables/cords) unless specifically requested by Horizon.
3. Horizon must receive the product within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number, or the RMA number will expire.
4. All materials will be subject to inspection before credit is issued. Merchandise returned in poor condition may be rejected.
5. The customer is responsible for freight charges back to Horizon Technology. Horizon will not accept COD returns or 3rd party returns.
6. Warranties are void if manufacturer serial numbers have been removed or the product has been damaged or altered.
7. All defective product with factory or manufacturer warranty should be returned to manufacturer.
Restocking Fee may apply under certain circumstances.
Packaging Requirements
All returned parts must be packaged in anti-static packaging and contents should be protected for shipment. Any parts returned with cosmetic defects will be rejected unless Horizon is notified beforehand of the defects. Horizon Technology can provide packaging materials for a small fee. Call for assistance.
