 Dustproof Touchscreens are specially designed to make SAW touchscreen integration easier. The Dustproof Touchscreens are built to completely prevent dust from accumulating in the areas that can affect SAW touchscreen performance.
Minibezel protects transducers: The transducers are completely hidden and protected inside the dustproof metal frame eliminating the risk of damage during integration.
Minibezel provides a flat and consistent mechanical profile: The metal minibezel provides a flat sealed surface that is consistent over long periods of time,reducing the costs for design & sealing.
Longer life and lower maintenance: The reflectors of the touchpanel are sealed inside the metal frame to keep dust out and reduce the frequency and cost of maintenance required to remove dust from the reflectors.
Easy and quick installation: Use simple screw-in brackets to install the touchscreen. Or attach to the display with double-sided adhesive gaskets. With the KioskTouch version, installation is even easier with the screw holes that are already integrated into the minibezel.
Tested: All dustproof touchscreens have been tested to meet relevant approved standards including: ball-drop, dustproofing, vibration, UL, FCC and CE.
Dustproof minibezels combine with SafeTouchof screens: Dustproof minibezels with SafeTouchof screens (6mm tempered glass) are available. The product sizes range from 8.4" to 18.1" (LCD and flat CRT) touchscreens.
